Shipping & Delivery

For cash/check/money order purchases, for orders under $1,000 please add $11.95 for postage, packing and insurance. For orders over $1,000 and higher, shipping and insurance are included at no additional cost.   We ship items via USPS Priority Mail (valued under $2,500) or USPS Registered Priority Mail (valued over $2,500), all items we send are fully insured. For Paypal purchases, shipping and insurance are already included in the checkout process.

If you're sending us coins, please do not put anything about ‘Coins’ on the envelope or parcel. Please address all packages sent to us as shown below using Revick Galstaun instead of West Coast Coins as shown below.

Returns Policy

 

Our website:

West Coast Coins offers a no questions asked 14-day return policy. We do our best to accurately describe our items and provide close-up images so that a return is not necessary. However, if for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your item simply notify us and return your item within 14 days to receive a 100% money-back refund of the full purchase price of the item. The item must be in the exact condition it was originally sent in. You will receive a refund in the same way the item has been paid for.

 

If an item is returned, the actual shipping cost is deducted from the total purchase price. Additionally, if an item was paid for through Paypal, the Paypal fee will be deducted in calculation of your refund. The reason is because Paypal no longer refunds their fee in the case of a return transaction. 

 

At a trade show:

West Coins Coin’s does not offer any return policy for items that were purchased in person. We only offer a return policy for items that were not able to be viewed in person at the time of purchasing.

 

Ordering & Listings

If an error has occurred in the listing price of an item, we reserve the right to sell the item at the correct price and the buyer has the option of paying that price or canceling the sale. We reserve the right to cancel any listings on items which have sold through venues other than other than our website.

 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Paypal/Credit Card/Debit Card: Click the "Add to Cart" button for online purchases, or send payment to: westcoastcoinman@gmil.com

Check: Make payable to: “West Coast Coins” Money Order/Cashier's Check Payment must be made, and funds must clear our account before the coin(s) can be shipped. If we happen not to be in the office when your payment arrives, for example attending a show, then your purchased coin(s) will be shipped within 24 hours of our return. Personal/business checks can take up to 10 business days to clear and we ship when payment has cleared. We very much appreciate payment within 7 days after an agreement to purchase has been made.

 

Viewing Orders

To view the status of the order, including tracking information, and notations to your account, just log-in using your registered email and password. In the dashboard you will see links to view your order status. Just click on the view order link at the right of each order line. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

 

Updating Account Information

For registered users, just log into your account and make changes via the customer dashboard. There you will find options to change your user email, password, address, telephone, etc. If you need assistance making changes, please contact us using the link below.
