1955 Double Die Obverse Lincoln Wheat Cent XF 45 NGC DDO 1955/1955

A desirable 1955 double die obverse Lincoln wheat cent graded XF-45 by NGC. It carries a great strike throughout both sides with very appealing original chocolate brown surfaces. The date, liberty, and motto are all entirely doubled throughout the obverse. We believe this coin could easily upgrade but left it in it's original holder due to the small value increase. A very appealing coin for the grade designation. This coin is one of our favorites ever minted by the United States Mint.
