A beautiful 1955 double die obverse, Lincoln wheat cent graded AU 53 by PCGS. It holds a nice strong strike with very obvious doubling among the entire obverse. This key variety coin has been one of our best sellers and has been very hard to replace lately. It has been housed in a PCGS Secure Label Holder. This error coin is one of the most desirable minted by the United States Mint. The PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 15,000 of these have survived in all grades today!
