A very attractive 1931 S key date Lincoln wheat cent graded MS 63 RB by NGC. It carries a strong strike throughout both sides with attractive red and brown surfaces. A very attractive coin with a lot of red remaining throughout both sides. It is much more attractive and original looking in hand than what is shown in the photos provided. This key date coin holds a low mintage of only 866,000. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 8,000 have survived in red brown condition such as this one. It is one of only 453 graded Mint State 63 Red Brown by NGC.
