1924 S 10C Mercury Dime PCGS MS 65 Uncirculated San Francisco Mint Original Toned

A 1924 S better date silver Mercury dime graded MS 65 by PCGS. It holds a decent strike throughout most of the coin but does not have the middle bands showing. This San Francisco Mint date is hard to come by in mint state condition such as this one. It is a more lustrous coin than what is portrayed in the photos provided but the luster has been subdued due to the toning. A very crusty and completely original coin. This San Francisco Mint date holds a total mintage of 7,120,000. However, of this mintage the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 7,000 have survived in all grades today. It is one of only 74 graded Mint State 65 by PCGS.
