An absolutely beautiful 1924 D better date Lincoln wheat cent graded MS 63 BN by PCGS. This tough Denver Mint coin is seldom offered in a mint state grade level such as this one. It holds nice chocolate brown original surfaces and looks nicer than in the photos in our recommendation.
This beautiful coin has a superior strike and very mark free surfaces for the grade. It also has a neat die crack going down through the center of the reverse. It has been approved by CAC for quality and looks like it could have easily graded a point higher in our recommendation.
This Denver Mint date holds a total mintage of 2,520,000. However, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 10% or 252,000 have survived in all grades today. It is one of only 86 graded Mint State 63 Brown by PCGS. It is also one of only eight approved by CAC in this grade level.
