A 1922 S better date silver Peace dollar graded MS 64 by NGC. It holds an above average strike throughout both sides with some light toning on the obverse with a touch on the reverse as well. A slightly tougher date to find in this grade level. The Peace dollar series has been in very strong demand lately among collectors. This San Francisco Mint date holds a total mintage of 17,475,000. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 2,000,000 have survived in all grades today. It is one of only 1,936 graded Mint State 64 by NGC.
