An absolutely gorgeous 1913 type two, buffalo head nickel graded MS 64 by PCGS. It carries very mark free surfaces for the grade with a fantastic tone. This toning is mostly vibrant blue and purple throughout the obverse with a yellow/orange hued reverse. A stunning coin that is accurately shown in the close-up photos provided. The slabbed shot photos make this coin look not as attractive due to the lighting. It has been housed in a PCGS Secure Label Holder.
This common date Phildelphia Mint date holds a total mintage of 29,856,156. Of this massive mintage the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that 20,000 have survived in all grades today. It is one of 1,432 graded Mint State 64 by PCGS.
