1913 5C TY 1 Buffalo Head Nickel PCGS MS 65 Uncirculated Light Rainbow Toned

A beautiful 1913 type one, buffalo head nickel graded MS 65 by PCGS. It carries a great strike throughout both sides with a touch of light rainbow toning throughout both sides. A very appealing coin that unfortunately the photos do not give justice to. This date is one of the most popular among U.S type collectors as it is the first year of the buffalo head nickel series. It holds a huge mintage of 30,992,000. Of this mintage the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 75,000 have survived in all grades today. It is also one of 4,125 graded Mint State 65 by PCGS.
