A tough 1901 O better date barber dime graded MS 63 by PCGS. It carries a great strike throughout both sides with heavily toned original surfaces. A much harder New Orleans Mint coin to find in this grade level or finer.
This coin holds a higher mintage of 5,620,000. However, of this mintage the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 3,000 have survived in all grades today. Of this tiny fraction remaining, this coin is one of only 19 graded Mint State 63 by PCGS.
