An absolutely gorgeous 1891 CC silver Morgan dollar graded MS 63 PL by NGC. This Carson City Mint date is very seldom ever offered in this grade being a proof like example such as this one. It has very mark free surfaces with some beautiful original golden hued toning among both sides. It has been housed in an old time NGC Fatty Holder. It does have a chip in the top-right of the holder as shown in the photos provided.
This Carson City Mint date has a total mintage of 1,618,000. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 1,900 have survived with proof like surfaces such one. It is one of only 110 graded Mint State 63 Proof Like by NGC.
