An 1885 key date liberty head nickel graded G 4 by PCGS. This coin holds a strong full date on the obverse with decent rims for the grade level. It holds an appealing original patina throughout the obverse and reverse. This date has become very affordable in this grade level compared to previous years. It has been harder to come by in a lower grade 'affordable' condition such as this one. This key date coin holds a lower mintage of 1,473,300.
