A tough 1883 S better date silver Morgan dollar graded MS 62 by PCGS. It holds a great strike with nearly entirely blast white and lustrous surfaces. A tougher San Francisco Mint date to find in this mint state grade level. These have been selling quickly for us in uncirculated grade levels such as this one. This San Francisco Mint date holds a total mintage of 6,250,000. However, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 199,900 have survived in all grades today. They also estimate that only 19,900 have survived in MS 60 or better condition such as this one. It is one of only 978 graded Mint State 62 by PCGS.
