1881 CC $1 Morgan Dollar PCGS MS 65 Uncirculated CAC Approved OGH Old Holder

A beautiful 1881 CC silver Morgan dollar graded MS 65 by PCGS. It holds a great strike with nice blast white and very lustrous original surfaces. The photos make it look like it holds a light hue of toning but it is actually blast white. This appealing coin has been housed in an old time PCGS Green Label and has been approved by CAC for quality. This Carson City Mint date holds a mintage of 296,000. However, of this mintage the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 180,000 have survived in all grades today. This coin is one of only 464 graded Mint State 65 by PCGS.
