A beautiful 1881 Indian head cent graded MS 64 RB by PCGS. It carries a great strike throughout both sides with attractive red and brown coloring throughout the obverse and reverse. A very appealing coin that has earned it's grade from PCGS.
This date carries a huge mintage of 39,208,000. However, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 800 have survived today with red brown surfaces such as this one. This coin is one of only 411 graded Mint State 64 Red Brown by PCGS.
