A tough 1869/69 Indian head cent graded XF 40 by PCGS. It carries a full readable liberty with a visible re-punched date. This coin has very original surfaces with some debris still on the surfaces. We have provided close-up photos so you can see clearly that this coin is indeed the 1869/69 variety. A very tough variety coin to find that is seldom offered in this grade level. PCGS has noted this coin to be the re-punched date variety known as the FS-303 or Snow 4. At the time of this listing, the PCGS population report shows that this coin is one of only seven graded XF 40 by PCGS.
