A tough 1865 better date seated liberty quarter graded VG 8 by PCGS. It has strong full rims with a light attractive patina among both sides. A very tough Philadelphia mint date to find in any grade.
This coin has a small mintage of only 58,500. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 450 have survived in all grades. It is one of just five graded Very Good 8 by PCGS.
