1861 $1 Seated Liberty Dollar PCGS XF 40 Extra Fine Key Date Toned Tough !

A very tough 1861 key date seated liberty dollar graded XF 40 by PCGS. This rare Philadelphia Mint date carries a low mintage of only 77,500 and is much harder than this mintage indicates. This coin carries excellent details throughout both sides with purple toning around the rims of both sides. The blurry photo of the obverse was mainly included just to show the purple toning around the obverse rims. This date is one of the toughest to find for the entire seated liberty dollar series and is very seldom ever offered.
