This beauty has been housed in an Old Green Label PCGS holder and looks much nicer than the deemed grade. A cool U.S type coin to find in this old time holder.
This 1849 gold dollar holds a mintage of only 2,860,000. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 5,000 have survived in all grades today. It is one of only 28 graded About Uncirculated 50 by PCGS.
