1955 Double Die Obverse Lincoln Wheat Cent NGC AU 55 BN 1955/1955 DDO CAC

An absolutely gorgeous 1955 double die obverse, Lincoln wheat cent graded AU 55 BN by NGC that has been accompanied with a CAC sticker. This stunning coin is has very mark free surfaces for the grade with a beautiful chocolate brown original patina. It has been housed in a newer style NGC holder. This coin has been one of our best sellers and has been very hard to replace lately. The PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 15,000 of these have survived in all grades today. It is one of only 597 graded About Uncirculated 55 by NGC. It is also one of only 136 approved by CAC for quality in this grade.
