An attractive 1934 D better date silver Peace dollar graded MS 61 by NGC. It holds an excellent strike with nearly entirely white surfaces. Unfortunately, the close-up photos provided give it much more of a toned look then how it looks in hand. It does have a very light hue of toning among each side. In our recommendation this coin looks like it could have easily been graded higher.
This coin holds a total mintage of 1,569,500. However, of this mintage the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 130,000 have survived in all grades today. It is one of only 629 graded Mint State 61 by NGC.
