1934 D 50C Walking Liberty Half Dollar PCGS MS 62 Uncirculated Cert#2878

An attractive 1934 D better date walking liberty half dollar graded MS 62 by PCGS. It carries a strong strike throughout both sides with very lustrous surfaces. It holds just a very light touch of original toning with very attractive surfaces. It came from a large group of 52 1934 D walking liberty half dollars we have purchased. We believe all of the coins of this group to be strong examples for their grades. The 1934 D walking liberty half dollar is a slightly better date to the series with a mintage of 2,361,400. However, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that of this number only 117,500 have survived today! Of this number, they estimate only 8,000 still exist in MS 60 or better condition such as this example. At the time of this listing, this coin is one of only 175 graded MS 62 by PCGS.
