1928 S 5C Buffalo Head Nickel PCGS AU 58 CAC Approved Colorful Toned !

An absolutely beautiful 1928 S buffalo head nickel graded AU 58 by PCGS. This coin carries a decent strike with some vivid colorful toning among both sides. We believe the toning is more vibrant and attractive than what is indicated in the photos provided. It has been housed in a PCGS Secure Label Holder and has been approved by CAC for quality. This San Francisco Mint date holds a total mintage of 6,936,000. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 7,000 have survived in all grades today. It is one of only 146 graded About Uncirculated 58 by PCGS. It is also one of only 22 approved by CAC for quality in this grade level.
