An absolutely gorgeous 1928 S better date Lincoln wheat cent graded MS 65 RB by PCGS. It carries a fantastic strike with beautiful and original red and brown surfaces. We would say this coin is definitely mostly red throughout both sides. It has been housed in a PCGS Secure Label Holder and has been approved by CAC for quality. This San Francisco Mint date holds a higher mintage of 17,266,000. However, of this large mintage the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 1,100 have survived in all grades today. This coin is one of only 19 graded Mint State 65 Red Brown by PCGS. It is also one of only seven approved by CAC for quality in this grade level.
