1926 D 5c Buffalo Head Nickel NGC MS 62 Uncircualted Pretty Toned ! Tough

An attractive 1926 D better date buffalo head nickel graded MS 62 by NGC. It carries the typical weak strike throughout the obverse but has a very sharply struck obverse. What makes this coin more desirable is that it holds a light hue of green toning throughout the obverse with a light golden hued tone throughout the reverse. A tougher Denver Mint date to find in this grade level. This Denver Mint coin holds a high mintage of 5,638,000. However, of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 8,000 have survived in all grades today. It is one of only 162 graded Mint State 62 by NGC.
