1925 S $1 Peace Dollar PCGS MS 64 Uncirculated Better Date Tough Grade !

A very attractive 1925 S better date silver Peace dollar graded MS 64 by PCGS. It holds an above average quality strike with mostly white surfaces with just a light hue of toning among the reverse. It has been a harder to come by San Francisco Mint date in this grade level. This graded is the cut-off before these become extremely expensive. This San Francisco Mint date holds a total mintage of only 1,610,000. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 230,000 have survived in all grades today. It is one of only 2,235 graded Mint State 64 by PCGS.
