A sharply struck 1922 No D, Strong Reverse, Lincoln Wheat Cent graded VF 25 by PCGS. This coin has strong jaw line separation on the obverse with fully defined wheat stalks throughout the reverse. It has been housed in an Old Green Label PCGS holder and we believe it could potentially grade extra fine according to today's grading standards. The 1922 No D, Strong Reverse, Lincoln Wheat Cent is one of the most popular variety coins ever produced for the Lincoln Wheat Cent series. It holds a mintage of 7,160,000. However, of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 15,000 have survived that are the No D variety! This coin is one of only 699 graded Very Fine 25 by PCGS.
