1922 1c No D Strong Reverse Lincoln Wheat Cent PCGS AU 58 CAC Approved Looks UNC !

An absolutely stunning 1922 No D, Strong Reverse, Lincoln Wheat Cent graded AU 58 by PCGS that has been approved by CAC for quality. We sent this coin in raw to PCGS and were expecting it would grade mint state. However, they decided to stay very conservative on this one and only graded it AU 58. We believe it will likely end up in an uncirculated graded holder at some point in time for its final resting place. For now, it makes for a spectacular AU 58 with perfect darker brown original surfaces that are very mark free for the grade. It has been housed in a PCGS Secure Label Holder. The 1922 No D, Strong Reverse, Lincoln Wheat Cent is one of the most popular variety coins ever produced for the Lincoln Wheat Cent series. It holds a mintage of 7,160,000. However, of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 15,000 have survived that are the No D variety! This coin is one of only 63 graded About Uncirculated 58 by PCGS. It is also one of only 15 approved by CAC for quality in this grade.
