A beautiful 1917 D type one, standing liberty quarter graded MS 61 by NGC. It carries an excellent strike throughout both sides with a nice full head on the obverse. This coin holds blast white and lustrous surfaces.
This Denver Mint coin holds a mintage of 1,509,200. However, of this mintage the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 2,750 have survived with a full head such as this one. It is one of only 55 graded Mint State 61 Full Head by NGC.
