An exceptional 1917 type one, standing liberty quarter graded MS 65 FH by PCGS. It holds a fantastic strike with a fully defined head on the obverse. It is nearly entirely blast white among both sides with just a very faint touch of toning. A superior coin for the grade that has been housed in a PCGS Secure Label Holder. This Philadelphia Mint date has a total mintage of 8,740,000. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 9,000 have survived with a full head such as this one. It is one of just 1,287 graded Mint State 65 Full Head by PCGS.
