A 1916 D key date Mercury dime graded VG 8 by ANACS. This key date coin carries decent full rims with an attractive original patina. These have been very tough to hold in inventory lately as this date has been very popular. The obverse is more heavily toned and the reverse holds a lighter slight bit of darker toning. A very attractive coni overall that carries strong detail for the grade. The 1916 D Mercury dime is probably the most popular date to the entire series. This date holds a low mintage of only 264,000.
