1916 25C Standing Liberty Quarter PCGS VG 10 Very Good to Fine Key Date Cert#3549

A 1916 key date standing liberty quarter graded VG 10 by PCGS. This key date coin was minted during the first year of the standing liberty quarter series. It is by far our favorite date for this series and is the toughest to find. It carries a much stronger date than most examples in this grade with a lot of detail for only a VG 10 graded example. A very original and attractive coin that has been housed in a PCGS secure label holder. This coin is the key date to the entire set with a very low mintage of only 52,000. However, of this low mintage the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 10,000 exist today! Of this small number, this coin is one of only 112 graded Very Good 10 by PCGS.
