A 1913 S type two, key date buffalo head nickel graded F 12 by PCGS. This coin looks closer to a very fine grade coin but we believe PCGS net graded this one because of the few very light old time scratches you can see on the close-up obverse photo. A key date coin that has been harder to find lately in this grade level. This San Francisco Mint coin holds a mintage of 1,209,000. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 14,000 have survived in all grades today. It is one of only 132 graded Fine 12 by PCGS.
