1913 S 5C Type 1 Buffalo Head Nickel PCGS MS 65 Uncirculated CAC Approved Nice !

A beautiful 1913 S type one, buffalo head nickel graded MS 65 by PCGS. It carries an above average strike throughout both sides with some attractive light original toning throughout both the obverse and reverse. A slightly better date to the series that is harder to come by in this grade level and having been approved by CAC for quality such as this one. this beautiful example has been housed in a PCGS Secure Label Holder. This San Francisco Mint date holds a mintage of 2,105,000. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 10,000 have survived in all grades today. This coin is one of only 421 graded Mint State 65 by PCGS. It is also one of only 62 approved by CAC in this grade level.
