An absolutely beautiful 1909 S VDB key date Lincoln wheat cent graded MS 63 BN by NGC that has been approved by CAC for quality. This key date coin holds an exceptional quality strike with nice chocolate brown original surfaces. It has been by far our best seller among all coin series that we sell. They have become harder and harder to come by during these last few years and have continued to be in strong demand. A beautiful original coin that has a clear date, mint-mark, and bold 'VDB' on the reverse. The 1909 S VDB has a total mintage of 484,000. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 50,000 have survived in all grades. This beauty is one of just 381 graded Mint State 63 Brown by NGC.
