A beautiful 1909 S VDB key date Lincoln wheat cent graded MS 65 RB by ANACS. This attractive coin carries a lot of red throughout both sides with very attractive surfaces. It carries very mark free surfaces for the grade and has been housed in an older 1980's style small size ANACS holder. Just an exceptional coin for the grade that looks nicer than others we have offered in this grade level.
The 1909 S VDB Lincoln wheat cent is arguably one of the most desirable coins ever minted by the United States Mint. It carries a very low mintage of only 484,000. The PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 50,000 have survived today with only 6,000 remaining with red brown surfaces such as this coin.
