A 1909 S key date Indian head cent graded VF 30 by NGC. It carries a nice readable liberty on the obverse with an attractive dark original patina throughout both sides. Overall, a very attractive coin for the grade.
This key date coin holds a very low mintage of only 309,000. However, it is much scarcer than this mintage implies. The PCGS coin facts estimates that only 3,000 of these exist in all grades today.
