1909 S 1c Indian Head Cent NGC MS 62 BN Uncirculated Brown Key Date San Francisco

A 1909 S Key Date Indian head cent graded MS 62 BN by NGC. A tougher Key Date coin to find in this grade level having been certified by NGC. It holds a full strike throughout both sides with all four diamonds showing on the ribbon of the obverse. This coin also carries a very nice even brown patina on both the obverse and reverse. This key date coin holds a very low mintage of only 309,000. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 3,000 have survived in all grades today. It is one of only 95 graded Mint State 62 Brown by NGC.
