A very attractive 1909 S key date Lincoln wheat cent graded MS 64 BN by PCGS. It holds an exceptional strike throughout both sides with a very appealing chocolate brown original patina. A tougher key date coin to find in this mint state brown grade level. It does have a very minor planchet-peel mint error you can see throughout the reverse. The 1909 S key date Lincoln wheat cent holds a mintage of 1,825,000. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 180,000 (right at only 10%) have survived in all grades today. It is one of only 359 graded Mint State 64 Brown by PCGS.
