An attractive 1908 S key date Indian head cent graded AU 55 BN by NGC. It holds a decent strike throughout both sides with a light brown patina that matches very evenly throughout the coin. A slightly tougher key date coin to find in this grade level. Although this coin has a mintage of 1,115,000, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 3,000 of these exist that are brown today such as this example. This coin is one of only 163 graded About Uncirculated 55 Brown by NGC.
