An absolutely jaw-dropping 1908 S Indian head cent graded MS 65+ RD by PCGS. This coin is leaps and bounds nicer than the last one we sold in this grade that was certified by NGC. We believe this coin has a good shot at grading higher. It is entirely original, extremely lustrous, and holds just a faint touch of toning as shown in the photos provided. It is one of the most appealing 1908 S key date Indian head cents we have ever offered. It has been housed in a PCGS Secure Label Holder. This key date coin has a total mintage of only 1,115,000. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin facts estimates that only 800 of these have survived with red surfaces such as this one. This coin is one of only 11 graded Mint State 65+ Red by PCGS.
