1908 S 1C Indian Head Cent PCGS AU 58 About Uncirculated Key Date CAC Approved

A 1908 S key date Indian head cent graded AU 58 by PCGS. It carries an excellent strike throughout both sides with a very attractive original brown patina throughout both sides. A tougher date to find in this AU 58 grade level from PCGS as well as being approved by CAC in this grade level. Although this coin has a mintage of 1,115,000, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 3,000 of these exist that are brown today such as this example. This coin is one of only 239 graded AU 58 by PCGS. This coin is also one of only 24 approved by CAC in this grade level.
