A tough 1908 S key date Indian head cent graded MS 64 RD by NGC. This attractive key date coin holds a sharp strike throughout both sides with all four diamonds showing clearly on the ribbon. This coin is fully red throughout both sides and is completely original. It has been housed in a slightly older style holder. This San Francisco Mint date holds a total mintage of 1,115,000. However, of this mintage the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 800 have survived today in red condition such as this one. This coin is one of only 93 graded Mint State 64 Red by NGC.
