An attractive 1907 proof Barber Half Dollar graded PR 63 by PCGS. It holds an exceptional proof strike with some toning showing throughout both sides. Although this coin does have toning, we do not believe it is as pronounced as the close-up photos indicate. We believe an accurate representation of the toning is between the close-up photos and the slabbed photos provided. This appealing coin has been housed in a PCGS Secure Label Holder.
This proof issue date holds a small mintage of only 575. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 500 have survived in all grades today. It is one of only 46 graded Proof 63 by PCGS.
