It is completely blast white throughout the obverse and reverse and blows most other proof like coins out of the water. This common date New Orleans Mint coin holds a high mintage of 3,720,000. However, of this large mintage the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 9,900 have survived with proof like surfaces such as this one. This coni is one of only 580 graded Mint State 65 Proof Like by PCGS.
