1903 O 50C Barber Half Dollar PCGS AU 50 About Uncirculated Golden Toned Tough

A very attractive 1903 O better date barber half dollar graded AU 50 by PCGS. It carries a sharp strike throughout both sides with some unique orange colored toned surfaces throughout both sides. A tougher New Orleans Mint date to find in this grade level. It has been housed in a PCGS secure label holder. Please note, we believe the depth of the toning is a range between the photo provided by PCGS and the close-up ones we have provided. This New Orleans Mint date holds a fairly high mintage of 2,100,000. However, of this mintage the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 2,000 have survived in all grades today. This coin is one of only 18 graded About Uncirculated 50 by PCGS.
