1901 S Barber Quarter PCGS VG Very Good Full Rims Key Date US Coin Tough

With a low mintage of only 72,664 this 1901 S key date barber quarter is the most desirable coin to find of the entire series. It is much harder to come by than its' mintage indicates. In all of our years of business this is is one of the nicest ones we have owned. It has strong full rims on both sides and a very pleasing original tone. However, PCGS has indicated this coin to be 'damaged' because of the unusual hit mark this coin has on the nose. It is not very distracting on the coin because of its' location. It has great details for the grade but please do view the hit-mark on the nose.
