1901 S 25C Barber Quarter PCGS AG 3 About Good Key Date CAC Approved Tough !

A tough 1901 S key date barber quarter graded AG 3 by PCGS that has been approved by CAC for quality. This key date coin is by far the toughest to obtain for the entire barber quarter series. It holds a full good grade obverse but the reverse holds it back to the about good grade level. It has entirely original surfaces with a strong bold 'S' mint-mark on the reverse. It has been housed in a PCGS Secure Label Holder. This key date coin has a small mintage of only 72,664. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 2,000 have survived in all grades today! It is one of just 360 graded About Good 3 by PCGS. It is also one of only 54 approved by CAC for quality in this grade.
