1897 O $1 Morgan Dollar ANACS AU 58 About Uncirculated to Mint State Better Date Toned

An attractive 1897 O better date silver Morgan dollar graded AU 58 by ANACS. It carries a very strong strike throughout both sides with some light toning that matches on the obverse and reverse. This New Orleans Mint date holds a high mintage of 4,004,000. However, of this mintage the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that right at only 10% (400,000) have survived in all grades today.
