1895 S $1 Morgan Dollar NGC VF 20 Very Fine CAC Approved San Francisco Mint

A tough 1895 S better date Morgan dollar graded VF 20 by NGC that has been approved by CAC for quality. This coin holds the perfect amount of detail for the grade with attractive original surfaces. This San Francisco Mint date has been in strong demand lately and has been much harder to find than in previous years. It has been housed in a newer style NGC holder. This Philadelphia mint date has a total mintage of only 400,000. Of this mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 24,887 have survived in all grades. This tough coin is one of only 118 graded to be in Very Fine condition by NGC. It is also one of just 17 approved by CAC for quality in this grade.
